Our Wings Great Blue Heron Painted Brass Pendant Necklace features a large, striking natural brass 68.5mm x 21.7mm [endant embossed with a scene of a graceful and majestic Great Blue Heron wading in a pond. The details of the heron among the reeds stand out beautifully against the patina turquoise paint in the background. Although the pendant arrived to me with a faded patina, I repainted, sanded, and polished it for a more vibrant and bold look. The pendant is strung on a black faux suede cord with adjustable knot closure to wear at different lengths, and the bail is woven in a Byzantine chain maille in warm gold jewelry brass. This pendant is also available with a jewelry brass Byzantine necklace 18".
